Cancellations, Changes & Returns
🚫 Order Cancellations
You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation.
- Restocking Fee: A flat $25 USD fee will be applied to cover processing and administrative costs.
- Please Note: If your order has already entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped within that window, we will be unable to cancel it.
- 📧 To request a cancellation, email us at: Support@brokenplanet.pl with your order number in the subject line.
✏️ Order Changes
Need to update your size, shipping address, or item color?
- You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request changes.
- Once an order enters the fulfillment stage, we cannot guarantee that any edits can be made.
- 📩 Contact us immediately at Support@brokenplanet.pl to request updates.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer direct refunds to original payment methods. However, we allow exchanges or provide store credit in eligible cases.
Returns Accepted Within 30 Days If: ✔ You received the wrong item. ✔ You received a defective or damaged product (we will cover return shipping if the error is ours).
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
⚠️ Important Considerations
- Limited Releases: Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a size is sold out, store credit will be issued.
- Final Sale Items: Certain exclusive or custom pieces are considered “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Fraud Protection: To prevent fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to offer refunds only in the form of store credit.
